Kevin
Beeler Manager,
Pianist and Lead Vocalist
Kevin was saved at 12 years of age at Glen Oak Missionary
Baptist Church. He began playing
bass guitar shortly after being saved. His
first experience in gospel music was with his family. He traveled all over
Tennessee and into Kentucky performing with his grandfather, Clayton, and
mother, Madge, for many years. Audrey
Mynatt Beeler, his grandmother, taught him how to make the chords on the
piano. Kevin was listening to an
old Singing Cooks album and noticed how the piano player was using chords and
rhythm together. Watching how
other people played the piano and through trial and error, Kevin taught
himself how to play the piano. Kevin’s
talents also include playing drums and rhythm guitar. Over the years he has performed with
several local groups in Knoxville such as Unity Sound, The New Pilgrim Heirs
and The Dunsmores. Kevin played
drums with The Dunsmores from 1991 until July of 1996 just before his
daughter, Elizabeth, was born. Kevin
could not lay down his instruments and later in 1996 felt the call to start
his own group. Kevin continues to
play in his home church and fill in for other local groups when needed.

Scripture:
It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to
make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they
lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick,
and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever:
that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD; 2
